I just wanted to say it was one of the best burger I have ever had and this experience was already verified twice. Place is clean and the service is very friendly. Prices are quite high but at the end of the day is Zurich so it has to be like that.
I definitely will order again. I just don’t recommend to order gardener veggie burger delivery because in the package come some water from the veggies making the bread and everything wet, but I believe in the restaurant would be a great vegan option. Anyway I called and complained about it, they were really friendly and willing to bring me a different burger, so than I order the sensational vegan burger and It was amazing. Since I discovered this restaurant I’ve been a regular customer because the burguers are usually pretty good. But this time they did something that I consider to be unacceptable. The burguer was missing the cheddar cheese (which was an extra that I paid for), had residues of carrot and salad (ingredients that I asked not to be in it) and the patty tasted like it was reheated instead of cooked fresh. You cannot do this to a paying customer and I think I won’t be ordering again.
PS - We contacted the restaurant regarding the offer, and they were super nice and did as promised. The burgers were really good, as we have come to expect them to be. It was a nice atitude and a good way of make emends. I’ll be ordering again and also recommend to my friends.Antwort des Unternehmens

Really good one. I occasionally go there for lunch and I'm surprised there's not many people at that time. Which is nice because I can have a quiet lunch. 🙂👍🏻I think they make great burgers, really tasty. The only thing I don't like are the small plates, otherwise nothing to really pick on. 👍🏻

I've eaten here twice. Both times have been without fault. Service great, cold beer, no waiting, and the burgers are of top quality. Juicy, fresh, tasty, and cooked to perfection. Zurich can be expensive and you easily pay more for an inferior product somewhere else. I will most certainly be going back. For the Crispy Bacon and Blue Cheese burger!! Too good....
I ordered a burger without fries. The burger was very soft (and perfect if you have braces). It seemed very fresh too.

It looks like you'd get a typical burger like at a kebab place, but it's actually cooked medium, they have lots of options to add (4 kinds of cheese, and a dozen other things). There are even 3 kinds of buns and they got a selection of brooklyn beers. Not the best burger in zürich, but a viable option if you're in altstetten and find yourself craving for a burger.
I had mixed feeling after reading comments but anyway I had to go to Post near by and I tried the Beef Burger - can't complain, definitly not my last time there. Spices on pommes tip top :)
